team of trainers have chosen this career because they are passionate
about educating and inspiring clients to make the necessary adjustments
to their diet and activity to bring about positive physical, mental and
spiritual change. This team goes beyond expectations to provide the
highest level of service and the most unique program design. This team
has some of THE BEST trainers in the Fraser Valley. Total Fitness has
the feel of a personal training studio but with 12,000 square feet of
functional space. We can accommodate the new shy beginner female client
in the quiet space of our ladies only facility; or take on a sport team
of 20 in our athletic circuit area. Our team of professionals can cater
to individual needs or large groups of people such as our popular Ladies
Boot Camp.
Bootcamps have taken the general public by storm, but the essential
ingredient to a successful bootcamp is a qualified trainer, an adequate
space to accommodate a large group and a well planned workout with
various exercise toys. Bootcamp options: Running 4 weeks only $69

Leah
I have devoted twenty years of my life to the fitness
industry, inspiring and transforming the lives of thousands
of my clients. The motivation behind personal coaching comes
from the energy and passion I feel when helping people reach
their full potential. Human behavior is complex, and
involves more than just exercising regularly and eating
well. Through education, sports psychology and elite
training principles, my focus is on getting results. Total
Fitness is the vehicle with which I can bring about positive
change for our community and for future generations. My
vision is specific, and my focus is intense; my expectations
of a clients' path to success is of the same magnitude. Only

Nicole
Nicole is a Kinesiology major at Simon Fraser University
and has worked in the fitness industry since 2001. She chose
a career in fitness based on a lifetime involvement in
sports (hockey, ringette, baseball, soccer and track to name
a few) and a desire to help other athletes reach their full
potential. She insists on training all clients, athlete or
not, for a functional fitness base using a multidirectional
approach that will benefit athleticism, structural soundness
and overall health. |

Rob
Rob believes that when it comes to training, you can
never work hard enough. He knows how to push your limits
physically and mentally to get you to the results you have
always wanted. In his own training, Rob has been perfection
his physique and competing in amateur bodybuilding
competitions. His intensity and work ethic is infectious and
he knows how to make the most out of your time spent in the
gym. |

"I've been working in the fitness industry for 8yrs. I
have trained a wide range of clients from aspiring athletes
to professional athletes and general weigh loss clients to
bodybuilders. My passion is to inspire others to live an
active and healthy lifestyle. The partnerships that I
establish with my clients are geared towards their unique
and individual needs. I will use my expertise and experience
to ensure that your personal program is designed
specifically for you and will optimize your results. I will

Josie
Fitness has been part of my life for at least 20
years but it wasn't until I joined Total Fitness as a member
that I got the motivation to become a Personal Trainer. I
really enjoy working with people that are new to fitness and
want a lifestyle change. It is exciting to see that
transformation from unfit and low self esteem to fit and
confident. Fitness is a lifestyle and I look forward to

Tanya
I have been involved in the fitness industry since 1990.
I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years. Over that
time I have worked with Olympic Athletes, Competitive
Bodybuilders, Clients confined to a wheelchair, pre and post
natal and first time exercisers. In the past few years I
have been studying and teaching Pilates. I am also owner and
author of Goodlife Publishing 's Training Journal. |

Karen
Karen has been part of the Total Fitness Team since 2002.
She has worked as a personal trainer for the past three
years and has built up a very busy client base. She teaches
early morning group fitness classes and is guaranteed to get
you motivated to work hard. She works with a lot of
beginners but is not limited to general fitness programs.
Her sessions are varied as she could have a post rehab
client and then have to be prepared to take an athletic
session or bootcamp. You will generally find Karen in a
session before the crack of dawn. |
