Leah – BA, BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and Supervisor of Fitness Leaders,Owner Looking for expert advice from this elite trainer seasoned with 25 years of fitness industry experience and athletic involvement. “Challenges come to us at all ages and levels, and facing them head on is essential for change and growth. Tanya – BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, ACE (American Council of Exercise) With 21 years of experience under her belt, Tanya has worked with wheelchair athletes to competitive body builders with everyone in between. She is a mom of two active boys training on a part time basis concentrating on a clientele of beginners, weight loss and corporate clients. Tanya is a qualified Mat Level Pilates Instructor and is available for private sessions. “Training is a journey – pick your destination.”

JoAnn – BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Fit Flow Yoga Instructor JoAnn began her journey in the fitness industry six years ago and after competing in fitness/figure competitions, she developed a passion for training others. She currently spends her hours instructing bootcamps or the Wednesday night Yoga class. JoAnn is inspired by clients who are committed to working out. “It is not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves.”

Josie – BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified ‘No Sweat’ Instructor Josie’s love of fitness began as a member of Total Fitness five years ago. She is motivated by helping others and personal training seemed like the logical career path for her. Josie currently teaches bootcamp, instructs two morning and two evening trademarked ‘No Sweat’ classes per week. She is known as being the “nice” trainer.

Rob – BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer Rob has been with Total Fitness for the past four years as a personal trainer. He has competed in natural body building competitions and is knowledgeable in this field. Rob has worked with aspiring athletes from the early age of 10. Rob currently is working on a part time training basis as he completes his fire department requirements. He will continue to take on clients as he has a flexible calendar.

Brendan – B. HKIN, BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer Brendan is a university graduate with experience in all aspects of training. He currently teaches bootcamp and works with a diversity of clients. Brendan is an elite level trainer who is qualified to do active rehabilitation such as those referred by other health care professionals. He heads up the Sport Specific Team Training at Total Fitness; off season conditioning sessions for teams of 15 or more.

Jennifer – BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer Jen is excited about building her training clientele. She runs the exclusive ‘Totally Toned’ program which is geared towards women new to weight training. Being four years into the fitness industry, Jen empathizes with the overwhelming feeling of starting a new exercise routine. You can meet with her on Tuesday nights at 5:30 for the ‘Gym Rats Intro.’ “Can’t get to where you want to be until you take the first step.”

Kristine – BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer Kristine recently completed her designations as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and also holds certificates in sports nutrition and spinning. She is currently competing again for figure competitions and spends lots of time training early mornings. Kristine teaches the Spincycle classes in the club and is responsible for the FBC program (Full Body Conditioning).

What To Expect

Each training session is one hour in length and instructed by a certified personal trainer. We make every attempt to align the needs of the client with the appropriate trainer based on availability, skill set, personality type or price point. The sessions are generally one on one; however, there are options to train in small or large groups. You can expect to have the highest quality programming in a relaxed and fun environment. Each exercise program is tailor made to address your specific health and fitness goals, while offering a challenge.
