Group fitness has evolved into a new class format incorporating fitness tools to sculpt, and strengthen bodies, while still maintaining the impact that music and a qualified instructor can provide. The Spring schedule at Total Fitness has something for everyone, from Pilates and Yoga to the cardio pump of a step class or indoor cycling. Check the current schedule for times and descriptions to determine the best fit for you.

Optional Programs (requires an additional fee) are not shaded on the schedule (link below). Drop ins are very welcome!
